- We manage registration, orientation, concierge services, and provide travel instructions for your group, while addressing individual attendee questions. We also specialize in creating retreat web pages and registration systems.
- Our properties accommodate between 10 to 40 participants for retreats lasting 5 to 10 nights, combining the leader's sessions with leisure activities.
- We empower you, as the leader, to focus on teaching and fully enjoying the experience, while leaving ample time for your own preparation and relaxation.

Your Essential Role
- Your main responsibility will be teaching or facilitating your retreat, and promote the event in a way that best fits your style.
- You'll invite or select participants from within your community or network. This personalized approach helps foster a cohesive group dynamic for the retreat experience.
- While we don’t manage your marketing, we offer customizable promotional emails and graphics to support your outreach. In the past, most of our participants come from abroad, primarily English-speaking, and Italy’s world-renowned appeal helps attract a diverse and enthusiastic audience.

- Roundtrip transportation from our meeting point in Florence to the retreat venue
