What does our Forest Immersions program entail?
A guided, multi-day experience where small groups settle into one forest location to listen, reflect, and reconnect. Participants unplug, slow down, and bring mind and body into harmony with the rhythms of the land.
What we provide
Experienced facilitation and risk management
Participant screening, logistics, and onsite coordination
Minimal-impact camping, Leave No Trace practices, and fire-safe protocols
Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming partner as additionally insured
What we seek
Access to a forested campsite or designated area for 10–20 participants
Clear site use guidelines and a designated liaison
Option for recurring pilots (seasonal or quarterly)
Safety & environmental standards
Site orientation: A pre-visit walk establishes clear boundaries, participant zones, and communication plans for check-ins and safety.
Fire safety: Only one small, staff-tended fire is permitted (if conditions allow). No other fires or open flames are used on site.
Environmental care: All waste is packed out, no ground is disturbed, and quiet hours are observed to honor wildlife and the natural rhythm of the land.
